Join a collaborative, high‑performing team at one of Birmingham's leading hospitals. TeamHealth is seeking a day shift critical care advanced practice clinician to join our team at Baptist Health - Princeton Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama.
Facility Highlights- Beds: 505‑bed acute care facility
- Baptist Health Princeton Hospital is a large, high‑acuity community hospital serving western Jefferson County and the greater Birmingham metro, with a long history as a teaching and referral facility
- Total ICU/Step‑Down Beds: 54 beds
- EPIC EMR for efficient documentation
Position Details
- Flexible block schedule model
- Full-time day shift: 6a-6p
- Competitive compensation package
- Critical care background is required
- Procedure experience highly preferred; no intubations or chest tubes required
- Typical responsibilities: acute issues, admissions, consults, and emergency procedures (central and arterial lines); anesthesia team in-house for intubations
- Average Census: 40
- No solo clinician coverage required
