Highly preferred qualifications:

- 5 + years experience in HVAC management

- Service Titan experience

Duties

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance HVAC system efficiency, reliability, and safety across all facilities.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of technicians and operational staff to achieve optimal performance and professional growth.

• Oversee project management activities related to HVAC system upgrades, installations, and maintenance schedules.

• Manage profit & loss responsibilities by controlling budgets, reducing costs, and maximizing operational profitability.

• Drive business development initiatives by identifying new service opportunities and expanding client relationships.

• Continuously evaluate processes for improvement opportunities; streamline workflows to increase productivity and reduce downtime.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines through rigorous training and audits.

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals for new projects or service contracts that align with company goals.
