What You’ll Do

As our Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You’ll be the right-hand person to the General Manager, helping to create a welcoming environment for both our team and guests. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure everything runs efficiently.
• Lead and support team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling to keep things on track.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
