Business Systems Analyst II
Location: Hoover, Alabama (Hybrid)

The Business Systems Analyst II will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing business systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This position requires a strong understanding of business operations and technology solutions to bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements.
- Develop and document workflows, processes, and system designs.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system applications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business process modeling and system design tools.
- Experience with ERP systems and other business applications is a plus.
Preferences:
- Banking or financial services industry experience
- Experience providing application support to include troubleshooting
- Experience with business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with agile and/or waterfall methodologies

Pay Range: $45- $50
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
