This individual will be the initial point of contact for the pharmacy and provide assistance to pharmacists, technicians, and clients. Learn more about VET MED and check out our facilities here: Temporary Employment Services (TES), a unit of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources, is an in-house support center established to meet the temporary employment needs of the university. TES provides qualified and dedicated temporary employees in a wide variety of occupations to meet the staffing needs throughout the campus. Temporary employees are hired for a variety of reasons with the most common being: - Assistance in the place of a regular employee who is absent for a specified period of time
- Additional assistance during periods of abnormal or peak workloads
- Assistance with special projects
- Seasonal work
- Emergencies

- Answer multi-line phone system
- Direct calls to appropriate people, places, and services
- Record data into Excel spreadsheets
- Cancel and credit Rx and/or send to business office
- Create labels for medication vials
- Accept payments for mailouts
- Scanning documents
- Keeping accurate calendar of daily fills
- Manage Teams channels

Desired Qualifications - Prior experience with medical terminology
- Previous experience with Microsoft Teams
- Organized, able to multi-task, and have attention to detail
- Prior experience working with clients
