Our team grills meats, grates cheese, smashes guacamole, and blends salsas and marinades every day to bring our customers the freshest meals possible. We’re currently looking for AM/PM/Weekend Shift Leaders to oversee operations and manage team members during scheduled shifts. If you're a strong leader who is committed to quality service and has industry experience, we want to meet you! Responsibilities:

• Supervise and participate in the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Ensure that customers receive the freshest food and friendliest service.
• Foster and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure that all team members are prepared for service, helping the shift run smoothly.
• Manage team performance and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Oversee cleaning duties and maintain customer areas.
• Double-check that all opening, shift-change, and closing duties have been completed.
• Count the money and close out the cash drawers.
• Stay fully familiar with all menu items and their preparation.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Support and train other team members in their roles.
• Uphold the brand image and values of Barberitos at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Leadership skills with the ability to make decisions quickly.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• High school diploma preferred, but not required.
