As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol docks, yards, and interior areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document activity, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors while delivering helpful customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site employees, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout warehouses, yards, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, contractors, and visitors; support visitor check-in, badge distribution, and direction to designated areas per location procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, documenting observations, and notifying site contacts and/or emergency services as required.
• Complete detailed reports and logs, communicate activity and concerns to supervisors and site management, and support shift turnover with clear written and verbal updates.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
