Sales Professional Wanted - Join Our Growing Local Car Dealership!

Are you a motivated, people-oriented professional ready to accelerate your career in automotive sales? We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and help customers find the vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget.

Schedule:

Full-time position

Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Days: 5-day workweek (weekends may be required)

Compensation:

$2,000/month draw + commission

$2,500/month guarantee for the first 90 days

Unlimited earning potential based on performance

What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Engagement.

Welcome walk-in customers and respond to leads.

Listen to customer needs and recommend the right vehicle (new or used, SUV, truck, etc.).

Product Expertise.

Stay up to date on vehicle models, trims, features, financing options, warranties, and special promotions.

Test Drives & Vehicle Demos.

Showcase vehicles and arrange test drives to highlight key features and benefits.

Deal Structuring & Negotiation.

Discuss trade-ins, leasing vs. buying, payment plans, and pricing to close deals confidently.

Financing & Documentation.

Work closely with the finance department to assist with credit checks, contracts, insurance, and title processing.

Customer Follow-Up.

Build lasting relationships by staying in touch with past and potential customers for referrals, service needs, and future purchases.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required).
• A proactive, customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
