Job Title: Real Estate Acquisitions & Operations Coordinator

River Region Home Buyers is a fast-growing real estate investment company focused on helping homeowners sell their properties quickly and stress-free. We specialize in off-market deals, creative solutions, and revitalizing neighborhoods across the River Region.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven individual to support our daily operations. This role is critical to keeping deals moving, and ensuring smooth communication between sellers, partners, and internal team members.

This is not a passive admin role we need someone with a strong sense of urgency who can think, communicate, and take ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Support

• Coordinate appointments, walkthroughs, and inspections
• Assist with offer preparation and sending contracts
• Track deals through the pipeline from lead to closing
• Communicate with title companies, sellers, and partners

Operations & Admin

• Manage and organize daily workflow and priorities
• Coordinate schedules and assist with calendar management
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Help improve and streamline internal processes

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
• High sense of urgency and ability to move quickly
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Problem-solver who can think independently
• Comfortable talking with homeowners in various situations
• Tech-savvy (CRM experience is a plus)
• Ability to multitask without dropping the ball

Bonus Points (Not Required)

• Experience in real estate
• Familiarity with investor terminology (ARV, comps, etc.)
• Experience in office management
