In this position, you will guide, coach, and mentor your team of Pawn Brokers and Sales Associates while delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating lasting relationships with our customers. You will collaborate with customers to negotiate win-win terms for pawn and sales transactions. • Your specific duties in this role will include:

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening
• 2+ years in a management role
• Legally authorized to handle all firearms in accordance with ATF regulations
• Knowledge of frequently pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms, and electronics
• Demonstrates the ability to meet and exceed performance goals and metrics
• Bilingual (Spanish) a BIG PLUS
