THE SCOPE

We offer our Personal Trainers a base class rate of $26 for classes with up to 50% utilization (first 24 members) . Additionally, you can earn a class bonus of an extra $1 per member above 50% utilization. Boost your earnings with commissions: earn 3% commission on retail sales and 5% commission on the first initial signup of a Rumble membership or Package. Commissions are based on the employee being logged into Club Ready at the time of the sale.

YOUR DAY

As a Personal Trainer, you provide an exceptional experience to our members and prospects. You're proficient in operating all the technology necessary for delivering a Rumble class. Using ClubReady software, you handle client inquiries and identify potential sales opportunities. Your goal is to increase and retain our member base while ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the studio before and after each class. Additionally, you enforce Rumble policies and procedures and maintain brand standards to deliver a consistent member and guest experience. You also represent the studio professionally at networking and community events, participating in promotions. By taking a minimum of 8 classes per month and coaching at least 8 classes per week, you immerse yourself in our studio culture while helping others achieve their fitness goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Flexible schedule with a willingness to work weekends and holidays (10 hours per week should be dedicated to studio operations and class reviews)
• Current CPR/AED certification and fitness certification from a Rumble-approved vendor
• Ability to be a role model through high levels of performance and certified expertise (NASM, ACE, AFAA)
• Strong understanding of brand, programming, and values
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to forge lasting relationships with clients
• Ability to communicate through professional and motivating instructions in every session
• 2+ years of experience in teaching group fitness or have taught 60+ classes (recommended)
