Compliance Associate
Job Summary
The Compliance Associate is an integral part of our order management team and ensures the accuracy and integrity of customer orders before they proceed to fulfillment. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. The starting pay rate for this role is $18.00/hr. This role will start out fully in office and once training is complete will shift to a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Order Validation : Carefully reviews orders submitted by the sales and support teams to ensure alignment with customer purchase orders, technical drawings, quality clauses, and specific customer requests.
- Collaborative Communication : Maintains proactive communication with sales and support personnel to resolve discrepancies and clarify order details promptly.
- Quality Assurance Partnership : Works closely with the Order Management team to prevent inaccurate orders from reaching the shipping stage, safeguarding customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement : Actively contributes to improving our “first-time-right” shipping rate and reducing Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) through diligent review and process feedback.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Proficient and accurate typing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
- Responsive to the needs of the organization’s service level, sales and warehouse expectations.
Physical Requirements
- This position may involve light physical activity such as filing, bending, and lifting office materials or products up to 20 lbs. You should be comfortable using standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and phones.
