Position Title : Agile Development Product Owner
Location: Huntsville, AL (Customer Site)
Future Need
Position Description:
Gray Analytics is seeking candidates interested in future Agile Development Product Owner positions in support of PEO Missiles and Space!
The Agile Development Product Owner will provide technical and procedural guidance to the Product Owners for the software development teams. The position includes reviewing System Engineering content to ensure material is sufficient to provide to development teams. Serve as a daily contact for the Product Owners and stakeholders and assist in removing blockers. Support to the Product Management team in preparing for Agile events such as PI Planning, System and Solution demos. Working with Army customers to prioritize issues and get feedback needed for the product teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college in engineering, the sciences or mathematics
- Minimum of 10 years of related Government/DoD experience combined.
- The candidate must have experience leading software teams in a large software development environment.
- Candidate must have strong understanding of air and missile defense concepts.
- Be fluent in the Microsoft Office toolset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ABET accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Knowledge or experience in IBCS, PATRIOT, MEADS, THAAD, C2BMC, or AEGIS. JIRA/ Confluence
- Working knowledge of SAFe Agile principles.
- Ability to make decisions; enthusiasm; independent critical thinking; and a team attitude are very important.
- Prior Product Owner experience

- US Citizenship Required
- Minimum of an active Secret Clearance is required at the time of hire in order to be considered.
