Join our team as a Patient Service Technician and play a key role in helping patients live more comfortably at home. You’ll deliver and set up essential medical equipment, educate patients and caregivers, and ensure safe and timely service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, driving, and helping others.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver and set up medical equipment in patients’ homes
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe equipment use
- Maintain delivery logs, paperwork, and vehicle safety checks
- Provide compassionate, professional service at every visit
- Participate in on-call rotations (evenings/weekends)
What We’re Looking For
✅ High School Diploma or equivalent
✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment up to 150 lbs
✅ One year of delivery or transportation experience preferred
