Pay Range:  $60,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve productivity and quality targets.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

• Partner closely with materials and logistics teams to keep product movement seamless.

• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement .

• Monitor and report performance metrics, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.

• Encourage teamwork, accountability, and engagement among your team members.

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred.

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in automotive, manufacturing, or logistics operations.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Lean methodologies, 5S, and safety programs is a plus.

• A commitment to leading by example and driving operational excellence.

About the Role

How you will contribute

• Plan, coordinate work, train, motivate, monitor and evaluate performance of team members; ensure their ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials.
• Monitor and measure team member performance for accuracy and document on daily production metrics.
• Identify and eliminate safety and housekeeping hazards to minimize workplace accidents.
• Ensure compliance of employees to processes, work instructions, standard work and work elements.
• Liaise with materials department to ensure on time receipt and shipment of material.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required
• Experience supervising in an Automotive, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/Logistics facility.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience and or training regarding the Occupational Health & Safety, 5S, Lean Methodologies preferred.
• Quality systems knowledge - to a reasonable level be able to monitor staff performance and costs within the department (including, but not limited to: time-keeping, quality, productivity, etc.)
