BHC is seeking a focused and adaptable Home Care Sales Representative to join our dynamic Home Care Leadership team in Tuscaloosa, AL. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills and be able to handle a variety of tasks with precision. Responsible for ensuring services operate safely and efficiently within the requirements of the state and the agency, while providing and instilling excellent customer service to all clients, families, and staff. Every duty or responsibility should further the mission of BHC and improve the quality of life for every client receiving our services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: College Degree Preferred
• Licensure: Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience: Home Care or Senior Care industry; Sales and/or Marketing/Business Development experience preferred.
• Transportation : Personal & reliable transportation. Valid and current auto insurance.

SKILLS:

-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with referral partners.
-Experience with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
-Outstanding customer service skills.
-Experience working and maintaining tasks in a CRM.
-Ability to be flexible and work with minimal supervision or direction.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and referral tasks.
-Ability to communicate with a keen sense of listening, responsive to the needs of prospects and referral sources.
-Great at relationship building.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

-Represent BHC at events and community outreach programs to increase visibility and brand awareness.
-Generate direct referrals from referral partners in the local market.
-Schedule and execute in-services to help referral partners understand our services better.
-Mange all referral and prospect relations timely through a CRM.
-Drop in, call, email, and meet with prospective referral sources to introduce our services and create new business relationships.
-Conduct market research to identify new referral partners.
-Develop and foster strong lasting relationships with referral partners.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand services.
-Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote our services in the local market.
-Mange the prospect sale cycle from initial inquiry to the assessment stage.
-Work closely with Care Manager to ensure smooth transition to the assessment stage.
-Track and report on key performance indicators, including leads generated, conversion rates, and partnerships established.
-Act as a brand ambassador for BHC, promoting our services as a high-quality care option for seniors wanting to stay at home.

Salary Range: $45,000- $50,000 with on-target earnings of $65,000.
