Schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $129K to $200K (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Provide strategic leadership for all plant operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Oversee safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance.
• Manage P&L responsibility and achieve financial targets.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Partner with executive leadership to achieve company objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience (rubber processing experience preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with operational financials and P&L management.
• Track record of driving safety and quality improvements.
• Excellence in team building and employee development.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in an industrial environment (heat, dust, noise).
• 10% travel requirement.
