**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
+ Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activity encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as appropriate.
+ Follow post orders and instructions specific to the location, adapting to changing conditions and requirements as necessary.
+ Assist visitors, staff, and/or members of the public with inquiries, directions, and access, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
+ Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal and client policies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
