What You Will Do
SUMMARY
Caddell's internship program offers the opportunity for students to apply academic knowledge, develop hands‑on skills, and explore construction career pathways. This program is ideal for students pursuing Building Science, Construction Management, Science, Civil Engineering or a related field, with a desire to pursue a Project Manager, Estimator or Superintendent career path.
Who?
Students who have completed two years in a construction‑related degree field at an accredited university and are a U.S. citizen who are able to obtain a security clearance.
What?
A paid international internship including sponsorship for required security clearance, housing & travel provided, and per diem.
When?
Spring Semester, Summer Break, or Fall Semester – with the option to combine.
Where?
One of Caddell's international jobsites.

Working Conditions
Construction setting, travel required, full‑time. Must have the ability to crawl, climb, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, crouch, stand for long periods, lift and hold in excess of 50 lbs, talk, hear and occasionally sit. Must have the ability to withstand confined spaces and/or extreme heights while negotiating tasks at hand in a safe manner to themselves and/or others. Subject to hot, cold, humid and wet conditions depending on location.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Desire to work in and to learn about the construction industry. Excellent organizational skills; effective written and verbal communication skills. Self‑accountability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Pursuing college or university accredited degree program; recommended majors include and not limited to Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Science or other related field of study, and at minimum two (2) years of completed education, and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Travel required, you will relocate overseas to the project location for the duration of the internship.
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a security clearance (sponsored by Caddell)
- Must be available for the duration of the internship.
