Maintenance Technician

Job Description: We are seeking an Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining machines and equipment throughout the plant to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities: + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment + Perform routine maintenance to prevent equipment failures + Work with PLCs and other control systems + Maintain a clean and safe work environment Top Skills: + Electrical troubleshooting + Mechanical repair + PLC knowledge + Strong problem-solving skills Qualifications: + Technical degree or associate's program is a plus, but not required + Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment + Strong attention to detail and safety **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
