B2B Lead Generation & Outreach VA | Performance-Based
We are hiring a highly organized VA to support B2B lead generation and outreach execution. This is a **performance-based role**. Pay is tied to **completed and accepted project sheets**, not hours worked, and not partial progress.
You will:
* research qualified leads
* Verify contact information
* Update lead trackers
* Organize outreach-ready data
* Support message drafting and follow-up prep
You must be:
* detail-oriented
* fast and accurate
* strong with spreadsheets and research
* able to follow instructions without constant supervision
This role is for someone who finishes work cleanly and on time. If your work is incomplete, late, or requires major cleanup, it will not be accepted.
**Ideal experience:** lead generation, CRM updates, prospect research, outreach support
