The Senior Staffing Consultant serves as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, driving fullcycle recruitment while providing consultative guidance on workforce planning. This role blends hands-on recruiting with highlevel partnership, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent aligned with business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead fullcycle recruiting for complex, highvisibility, or hardto-fill roles across multiple functions.

• Provide consultative guidance on workforce strategies and talent insights

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, offering coaching on interviewing, selection, and candidate experience.

• Develop tailored sourcing strategies using a mix of proactive outreach, talent pipelines, and market research.

• Use data to diagnose challenges and forecast hiring needs

• Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure a consistent, equitable process.

• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.

Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across a diverse population of teams

• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and sourcing, interview and selection, placement of candidates in positions, understanding of pipeline management

• Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision

• A proven history of meeting/exceeding recruitment and new business objectives

• Excellent client relationship-building and account management skills
