Team Leader
A Team Leader is a supervisory position. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
Responsibilities amp; Duties
- Team Leaders support the managers in maintaining and operating a successful store while following Rita's policies and procedures, maintaining excellent guest service, and promoting a team atmosphere to maximize store profitability.
- Oversee and hold accountable Treat Team Members for brand standards
- Making and serving treats to customers
- Become a Certified Ice Maker through online and in person training
- Follow recipe cards to make ice in our production room
- Handle cash and prepare nightly deposits
- Maintain cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the store
- Complete inventory of supplies on a weekly basis
- Process and put away deliveries of supplies several times per week
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to work at least 2 shifts per week (Mon- Fri) and 2 weekends (Sat amp; Sun) per month. ***Flexible availability is a must.***
- Must know how to count money, wash dishes, lift fifty pounds, stand for 8 hours and be willing to clean
- Must be able to work at different venues- for catering, fundraising and mobile events
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent communication skills
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Strong time-management skills, the ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize
