Precision CNC Mill/Lathe Specialist

Based in Huntsville, AL 35803, we’re adding a precision-minded CNC professional who knows their way around mills and lathes and takes pride in doing it right the first time.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC milling and turning equipment to meet print requirements.
- Read blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine machining strategies.
- Verify dimensions and tolerances using gauges and measurement tools.
- Diagnose issues, adjust tooling/offsets, and keep machines running optimally.
- Record process details and maintain accurate production documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures and sustain an orderly, clean work area.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; machining trade school or certification preferred.
- At least 5 years of CNC experience on both mills and lathes.
- Working knowledge of CNC programming principles and G-code.
- Skill with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and related instruments.
- Fluency in reading blueprints and technical documentation.
- Detail orientation, strong troubleshooting ability, and team communication skills.
