Master Plumber

Location: Orange Beach, AL
Pay: $38–$42 per hour + performance incentives

GNG Plumbing is seeking an experienced Master Plumber to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who wants to take the next step in their career by contributing to operations, estimating, and team development within a well-established company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced residential plumbing service and diagnostics
- Prepare accurate job estimates and scopes of work
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues
- Ensure compliance with codes and best practices
- Support and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service
Qualifications:
- Active Master Plumber license required
- 5+ years of plumbing experience
- Estimating experience required
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Team leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
