Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years Stepdown RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity seeks a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in stepdown care, providing specialized nursing support in a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while closely monitoring patients transitioning from intensive care to regular medical units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient conditions, interpret vital signs, and respond promptly to changes
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and protocols

- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes
