A little about the job....
- RN performs functions of assessing; planning, implementing and evaluating care for assigned patients on unit during shift.
- RN is responsible for managing all assigned personnel, supplies and equipment.
- RN is responsible for promotion of collaboration with all members of health care team.
- RN Care Team Leader develops work plan and provides clear directions and expectations for care partner.
Qualifications for the job...
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in the State of Alabama.
- Ability to proform thorough patient assessments and communicate findings effectively.
- Effective interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with patient and families.
- Knowledge of safety standards, infection control and quailty inprovement.
- Strong knowledge of nursing theory and practice, assessment and planning activities, technical expertise and delegation skills to provide effective nursing care for assigned patients.
