OTR Open Deck Drivers

• Drivers earn up to $105,000 per year*
• Average weekly pay: $1,700 - $2,200
• Mileage pay: 81 CPM including bonuses*
• Bonus opportunities and stop pay available
• Get home weekly to monthly, depending on location
• Primarily running Midwestern and Southern states
• Most loads are pre-loaded and secured
• Hauling Flatbed, Step deck, + RGN trailers
• No previous open deck experience required, training provided

OTR Dry Van Drivers

• Drivers average $1,750 per week*
• Base pay: 47 CPM
• Earn an additional 17 CPM in safety + performance bonuses
• Home weekly for 34-48 hours
• Additional pay for weekend availability (Weekend Warrior package)
• More than 60% drop + hook
• Primarily operating in the Midwest
• Up to $7,500 driver referral bonus per referral (OTR only)

Local, Flex, + Dedicated Drivers

• Local: Drivers average $1,300 per week*
• Local: Base pay: $22 per hour
• Local: Earn an additional $1 per hour in safety and performance bonuses
• Local: Home daily!
• Flex: Drivers average $1,400 per week*
• Flex: Base pay: $23 per hour
• Flex: Earn an additional $1 per hour in safety and performance bonuses
• Flex: Home 3+ nights per week

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 2+ years tractor-trailer experience
• No DUIs in the last 5 years
• Must be 23 years of age or older
