We’re currently seeking an Office Support Assistant who thrives in a welcoming, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about supporting mental health professionals in delivering quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist clients and visitors

• Answer and route phone calls professionally

• Maintain appointment scheduling and confirmations

• Assist with general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties

• Manage incoming/outgoing mail

• Provide top-tier customer service and client communication

• Maintain social media and assist with basic outreach efforts

• Support team members as needed with coordination and clerical tasks

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, not required)

• Prior experience in a receptionist, admin, or office support role

• Professional and consistent appearance and demeanor

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

• Highly organized with good time management skills

• Team player willing to step in and assist where needed
