What You’ll Do:

As a Ranch Hand (Level 1) , you’ll be part of a team that ensures every dog enjoys a safe, clean, and fun stay. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and interacting with groups of dogs in daycare and boarding
• Feeding, watering, and monitoring each dog’s health and behavior
• Cleaning and sanitizing kennels, yards, and play areas
• Helping with check-in and check-out while communicating professionally with owners
• Providing enrichment and basic obedience training under guidance
• Following daily schedules and safety procedures to maintain top-quality care

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for team players who love dogs and thrive in a hands-on environment.

Required:

• Genuine love for dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
• Comfortable working outdoors and indoors in all conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred:

• 1 year of prior dog-handling or animal-care experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
