Candidate would manage a staff of techs 5-10. Develop techs, bring in new techs, develop suppliers in machining, electrical, enhance eMaint CMMS software throughout the plant, track inventory of parts, allocate work and repairs, train staff in areas needed, work with Engineering. This is a growing plant so infrastructure enhancement would be a key aspect. This is not a plant that has all aspects finalized so growing and building is key. Office time, floor time, developing suppliers will all play a part.

This position will oversee the most advanced automated pallet making machine in the US. Capable of up to 400 pallets an hour.
