Prolink is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment at UAB St. Vincent’s East in Birmingham, AL. This is a Prolink Exclusive opportunity with guaranteed hours and strong traveler support.

Position Highlights:

• Facility: UAB St. Vincent’s East – Med/Surg Unit (6W)

• Shift: Days (6:30a – 7:00p), 36 hrs/week, every other weekend & holiday

• Patient Population: General Medical-Surgical

• Unit Size: 20 beds | Ratios 1:3–4

• Equipment: Philips Bedside Monitoring, Alaris pumps, Pyxis

• Floating: May float to similar or lower acuity units as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years recent Med/Surg experience (required)

• 1+ year travel RN experience (required)

• Must have Cerner EMR experience

• Certifications: BLS (required)

• Active AL RN or Compact License (required)

• Cannot have been submitted to or worked at any UAB facility within the past 6 months (agency change rule)
