Performs system and/or manual tasks to support inbound and outbound operations. Identifies and resolves issues in various functional areas; breakdown, put away, replenishment, QC, staging, loading, shipping. Monitors and maintains SKUs and locations in WMS to support efficient warehouse processing and maximize warehouse space usage. Performs work under the direction of warehouse lead, supervisor or manager. In addition, responsible for the setup of product samples displays. Organize and maintain sample closets, deliver and setup samples at customer showroom locations.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate weekly ordering and receiving of BPI product samples, accurately labeling and shelving products in their proper location in the sample room.
• Maintain appropriate inventory of frequently used samples, as well as updating contents of the sample room related to discontinuations, specials, back orders or special orders as needed.
• Picking customer orders accurately and timely.
• Participate in inventory counting.
• Receiving material and putting up in bin locations.
• Loading trucks.
• Assisting walk in customers.
• Performing housekeeping duties in assigned areas of the warehouse.
• Adhere to all safety procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High level of attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work with a team in support of a customer-centric environment
• Professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Stocking or inventory experience is helpful
• High school graduate and must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum 2 years warehouse and forklift experience.
• Physically able to lift and handle 75 lbs.
• Experience with RF scanning system.
• Computer skills needed.
• AS400 experience a plus.
• Team player and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, stand on a ladder or step stool to reach shelved product.
• Must be dependable, punctual and have reliable transportation.
