Manufacturing Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $17.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Saturday )

Manufacturing Associate

• Operate and monitor equipment used in the assembly and production of solar panels
• Inspect finished products for quality and ensure manufacturing standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Manufacturing Associate Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse experience required—on-the-job training provided
• High school diploma or GED not required
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Must pass a basic background check and drug screening

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
