Compensation:
- Salary: $80,000-$90,000/year based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in coordinating and supervising nursing services to ensure high-quality care is delivered to all residents.
- Conduct and monitor daily rounds to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Oversee care planning, staff assignments, and resident assessments.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship as needed.
- Assist in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures that align with facility goals and standards.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including care plans, incident reports, and training records.
- Participate in regulatory surveys and ensure facility compliance with safety, infection control, and patient care standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, budgeting for nursing department needs, and resource allocation.
- Act as Director of Nursing in their absence and provide 24-hour on-call support when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) certification in the state of AL
- Completion of a Registered Nurse program; minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a passion for maintaining high standards of care.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
