Compensation & Benefits:

1. Salary: $15.00-$19.50/hr based on experience

Shifts Available:

1. 7a-7p

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide daily direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, transferring, and ambulating.
2. Create a home-like environment , offering emotional support and working closely with residents’ families.
3. Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the Charge Nurse.
4. Assist with medical procedures , record resident care, and respond to emergencies.
5. Ensure resident safety by following infection control practices and maintaining a clean environment.
6. Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans and assess resident needs.
7. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education programs.

Qualifications:

1. Current Alabama Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
2. Proven experience as a CNA, preferably in a healthcare setting.
3. Strong understanding of patient care and best nursing practices.
4. Empathetic and compassionate, with a dedication to resident well-being.
5. Excellent communication and time management skills.
