**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced professional to support Oracle's global payment ecosystem by serving as the primary point of contact for payment partners across the Hospitality, Food & Beverage, and Retail industries.
This position requires at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with OPI, OPI Cloud, SPI, and OPERA Cloud, including direct collaboration with customers and partners on software integrations.
The individual will guide partners through the complete onboarding, validation, and provisioning process while providing clear technical direction, comprehensive resources, and best-practice guidance to ensure smooth, efficient, and successful integration outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
**Role Description**
Serve as the primary point of contact for payment partners across the Hospitality, Food & Beverage, and Retail sectors.
Guide partners through the full onboarding, validation, and provisioning process for payment integrations, including support for ISV partners integrating with the Oracle Payment Cloud Service.
Provide technical resources, best-practice guidance, and clear direction to ensure successful integration and validation outcomes.
Troubleshoot complex integration issues and ensure partners maintain steady progress toward certification and go-live readiness.
Provision and maintain sandbox and UAT lab environments, ensuring partners have proper access and configurations for testing.
Collaborate with internal cloud teams to support environment maintenance, including SSL certificate updates and renewals.
Coordinate and accommodate product enhancements, firmware updates, and other technical requirements needed for partner validation.
Collaborate closely with Product and Strategy teams to help enhance and maintain the quality of the products and services provided.
Contribute to refining and improving the onboarding and validation framework by identifying workflow optimization opportunities.
Provide post-validation support and enhancements to partners' UAT environments to ensure ongoing operational success.
**Qualifications & Skills**
At least 3 years of experience working within the Oracle Payments ecosystem, with direct collaboration alongside customers and partners on software integrations.
Working knowledge-and ideally hands-on experience-with OPI, OPI Cloud, SPI, the Oracle Payment Cloud Service, and OPERA Cloud is a strong plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and support partners through detailed technical processes and validation requirements.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex scenarios and apply structured problem-solving techniques.
General knowledge of the hospitality and retail payment industry.
Experience with Simphony and SPI is desired; alternatively, a strong ability and willingness to quickly learn Simphony, support environment setup, and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
A self-starter capable of working independently while delivering high-quality support across partner onboarding, validation, provisioning, and environment management activities.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
