Compression Works is seeking a part time sales professional to fulfill the role of Territory Sales Manager for the Alabama region to focus on Hospital & First Responder (EMS/Fire/LE) sales of the AAJT-S (Aortic Abdominal & Junctional Tourniquet – Stabilized). The AAJT-S is a revolutionary, non-invasive medical device that can control bleeding into the pelvis through external aortic compression, as well as control bleeding to both upper and lower junctional regions.

Major Areas of Accountability

The Territory Sales Manager will strategically identify new targets of opportunity, generate leads, and actively engage customers through the sales process to grow the pre-hospital and hospital market. This is a remote based, customer-facing position and requires 80% travel in the Alabama region. Time in the field will include direct sales meetings with customers, field rides with distribution partners, conferences, and training events. Additional responsibilities include:

• Must achieve/exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Must have experience navigating the sales process in the pre-hospital and hospital space
• Must be highly self-motivated to drive urgency and produce growth month over month
• Must establish and maintain effective relationships with medical providers, distributor representatives, and ensure exceptional customer care
• Must have interpersonal skills and work style flexibility to handle multiple priorities
• Will collaborate with cross-functional partners as applicable
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

Experience in both prehospital and hospital medical device sales

Self-motivated to work remotely in a fast-paced start-up environment Exceptional at working independently

Licensed Paramedic or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in health science or biotech area) Vendor credentialing in the hospital market is a plus

Clinical experience a plus Ability to travel regionally 80%

Compensation

Base plus Commission

Part Time Position (40 hours per month)

Standard IT expenses provided by the TSM (cell phone, internet, computer etc)

Travel & expenses incurred will be covered by Compression Works via direct reimbursement
