🩺 Position Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As an LPN , you will provide direct nursing care to residents while collaborating with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team. You’ll play a key role in supporting rehabilitation goals, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity in a long-term care setting.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

1. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
2. Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ health status, including vital signs
3. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
4. Collaborate with rehabilitation team members to support recovery goals
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations
6. Provide emotional support and education to residents and families
7. Ensure a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols

🏥 Qualifications:

1. Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
2. Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
5. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
6. BLS/CPR certification required
