Responsibilities

Looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our administrative team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial record-keeping, ensuring every credit, debit, and invoice is handled with precision.

You will work closely with our administrative staff to maintain the smooth financial flow of a busy dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Tracking: Accurately record credits and debits to ensure all financial records are up-to-date.

  • Accounts Payable: Process and pay bills in a timely and organized manner.

  • Data Entry: Input high volumes of data into our systems with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Collaboration: Support other administrative staff and complete special projects or duties as assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience is required.

  • Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and vendors via phone, email, and in person.

  • Focus: Must be highly detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in a busy environment.

  • Attitude: A positive, friendly demeanor and a flexible "can-do" approach to an ever-changing industry.
