The Opportunity

We're looking for a Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor to join our leadership-driven culinary team. In this role, you'll own a kitchen station and lead line staff with excellence, ensuring every dish leaves the pass with consistency, creativity, and heart. You'll be an essential link between our Sous Chefs and the kitchen team, helping us maintain Lucy's reputation for outstanding quality, innovation, and hospitality.

What You'll Do

- Lead and supervise line cooks while keeping operations smooth and efficient

- Execute menu items with precision, passion, and consistency

- Maintain food quality and sanitation standards that exceed expectations

- Ensure stations are fully prepped and ready for high-volume service

- Monitor food safety practices, maintain temperature logs, and enforce health codes

- Collaborate daily with the Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef on production needs, specials, and events

- Foster a culture of teamwork, positivity, and good vibes only in the kitchen

What We're Looking For

- Passion & fire in your belly for cooking and leadership

- 2+ years of experience in a culinary leadership role (Chef de Partie, Lead Line Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor)

- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and preparation techniques

- The ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

- Manager-level food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Physical endurance and mobility for a hands-on, high-energy kitchen role
