Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the company's financial records, including maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledgers.

Duties
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage debits and credits
- Handle tax preparation and reporting
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Utilize accounting software effectively

Skills

- Must have 1 year of accounting experience
- Proficient in all aspects of accounting processes
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation procedures
- Experience with debits, credits, tax regulations, and account analysis
- Ability to perform accurate account reconciliation and maintain detailed financial records
- Competency in preparing journal entries and managing accounts payable/receivable
- Proficiency in payroll processing
- Familiarity with accounting software
