The Rooms Supervisor plays a key leadership role in delivering Marriott’s signature guest experience by overseeing daily front‑office operations, supporting associates, and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to warmth, professionalism, and consistency. This position guides the front desk team in providing seamless check‑in/check‑out service, accurate room assignments, and proactive problem resolution while upholding Marriott’s service standards and loyalty‑program expectations. Responsibilities include:

• Lead and support front desk associates in delivering Marriott’s Guest Service Standards , including personalized greetings, service recovery, and brand‑appropriate communication.

• Train, coach, and mentor team members on Marriott systems and service protocols.

• Resolve guest concerns promptly using Marriott’s service recovery methods to protect guest satisfaction scores.

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to maintain smooth communication and timely room readiness.

• Support scheduling, performance feedback, and onboarding of new associates.

• Maintain a polished lobby presence, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment consistent with Marriott brand identity.
