AS400/Synon Developer (RxCLAIM)

We're looking for an experienced **AS400/Synon Developer** to join our IT team. You'll design, develop, and maintain AS400/Synon applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, reliable solutions. Your expertise in **RxCLAIM (Adjudication)** and ability to troubleshoot and optimize legacy systems will be essential. **In this role, you will:** + Lead development using Synon, AS400/COBOL, CLP + Enhance and implement new system features + Provide domain expertise in Medicare/Medicaid Claims and Payer systems + Follow SDLC best practices: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment + Create and maintain technical documentation + Translate business requirements into technical solutions **Work model** We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
