As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Generations of Vernon, LLC, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents by assisting them with activities of daily living. Your responsibilities will include providing compassionate support in tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, ensuring our seniors maintain their dignity and comfort. To succeed as a Certified Nursing Assistant with Generations of Vernon, LLC, candidates must possess a valid CNA certification and have a minimum of eight hours of recent experience in a nursing home, hospital, home health agency, hospice agency, or mental health facility within the past 24 months. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll be engaging with residents and their families daily, fostering trust and comfort. Attention to detail is crucial for accurately following care plans and documenting resident progress. Additionally, being adaptable and able to work as part of a team will enhance your contributions to our collaborative environment.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Must be CNA certified and have worked 8hrs in a nursing home

• or mental health facility in the past 24 months.
