Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Title: Special Education Teacher (Multiple Openings)
Location: Hartselle, AL
Employer: ProCare Therapy (Contracted Position)
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and qualified Special Education Teachers for multiple full-time openings in Hartselle, Alabama . These contracted positions offer the opportunity to support students with diverse learning needs while working collaboratively with school staff and families.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and related service providers.
• Conduct assessments, track student progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning and goal-setting.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Special Education (or related field).
• Valid Alabama Special Education Teaching Certification (or eligibility).
• Experience with IEP development and implementation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Position Details:

• Type: Full-Time, Contract (37.5 hours per week)
• Schedule: School hours, MondayFriday
• Start Date: ASAP
• Caseloads/Settings: Multiple grade levels and classroom settings available (to be matched based on experience and preference).
