MS Customer Engineer

Akkodis is seeking an MS Customer Engineer for a Contract with a client in Vance, AL. Candidate candidates must have hands‑on IT desktop support experience, perform daily technical tasks while ensure proper documentation and issue escalation.

Rate Range: $30/hour to $35/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

MS Customer Engineer job responsibilities include:

• Deliver on‑site technical support services aligned with business goals, ensuring all work meets internal and customer procedures.

• Perform daily desktop support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and user issues in a structured and organized manner.

• Document all technical work accurately, manage ticket escalations, and ensure timely resolution to meet customer expectations.

• Provide high‑quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and strong communication.

• Adapt quickly to changing environments while following established processes, safety practices, and compliance requirements.

• Support various technical environments, including help desk functions, AV/conference room systems, printers, and mobility devices as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (bachelor’s preferred).

• 2–4 years of experience in IT desktop support or technical customer service roles.

• Strong ability to follow established IT procedures while delivering organized, high‑quality technical support.

• Proficiency with information systems, troubleshooting tools, and common IT technologies used in desktop support environments.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
