Qualifications:

• Active OT licensure (or eligibility) for Alabama
• Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Comfort adapting to new environments and teams
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students based on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Potential to support needs for the next school year (NSY)
• Remain adaptable as assignment details evolve
