FRN Contents Specialist is looking for a Project Supervisor to lead a team of technicians to pack-out and cleaning of contents due to fire/water damage. The supervisor is expected to be able to lead their team to get the claimants personal belongings packed out of their home/business in a predetermined amount of time without damage. The content supervisor will be responsible for having direct communication with the management and claimants.
Responsibilities:
- Digital inventory process prior to packing of claimants items
- Oversee the pack-out and cleaning process as well as move back of claimants items
- Diligently gather required photos related to the process
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Must demonstrate strong leadership and customer service skills
- Able to work after hours and on the weekends when required
- Reliable and punctual
Requirements:
- ​High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license & good driving record
- Pass background check and drug screen
Compensation:
- Hourly, rate depending on experience
- Paid holidays
