Job Title: Project Information Management (PIM) Lead – Contract
Location: Remote/Hybrid (initial) → On-site in Huntsville, AL after ~6 months

Role Overview
The PIM Lead oversees project information governance for a large-scale ($1B+) capital program, ensuring accurate transfer, organization, and control of engineering and project documentation across teams and systems. This role acts as the central coordination point for all project data throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enforce document control standards (naming, storage, transfer)
- Oversee high-volume data flow between engineering partners and internal teams
- Serve as gatekeeper for all project documentation
- Coordinate across Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, and C&Q teams
- Maintain PIM plans, tracking, and reporting
- Support audits, compliance, and project closeout documentation handover
Required Qualifications
- Experience on large capital/mega projects ($1B+)
- Strong document/drawing management and information governance experience
- Hands-on expertise with SharePoint (primary platform)
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and stakeholders
- High attention to detail and organization
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Bluebeam, or Oracle systems
- Exposure to Kneat or C&Q processes
- Background in cGMP or life sciences projects
